Kelli - yes, sharing a recipe in this way is a bit unconventional but I appreciate it. Other readers should know this is the result of an exchange between us over on Twitter.com. Thank you Kelli. I'll put this on my list to try.

An entirely unconventional way of sharing a recipe, but hey...

Chelsey Harmon Bread

1 pkg dry yeast
2 C warm water
2 T sugar
1 T salt
5 C flour

C=cup, T=tablespoon

1. grease cookie sheet and sprinkle cornmeal on it (cornmeal optional)
2. Dissolve yeast in the water, then add the sugar, salt and 2 C of the
flour in a large bowl.
3. Whip with a wire whisk for about a minute.
4. Mix in the remaining flour a little at a time, mixing with your
hands.
5. Remove from the bowl to a cleaned, floured surface and knead the
dough for about two minutes.
6. Form the dough into a loaf shape (12"x4") and place on the prepared
cookie sheet.
7. Cover lightly with a towel, and let the dough rise to 3x its size
(3+ hours)
8. Cut 1/2" slices on the top of the loaf. Bake at 375 F for 45
minutes.
