The power of religion to influence mass attitude remains unmatched anywhere in the world. Communism used many of its techniques and so did the Nazis yet neither found the power and reach of religion. So it is with interest I look forward to watching how Bill Maher handles the influence of religion in Religulous (A new film scheduled for release in theaters on October 3rd).
